Andreas Efstratiou
Chief Executive Officer

Andreas Efstratiou is a qualified attorney, who obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree and LLB from The University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela University). He practiced as an attorney in Port Elizabeth until 2000, whereafter he shifted his experience and insights to focus on property management and development as well as investment in retail businesses. Andreas is the director and trustee of numerous companies and trusts.
Wesley Norris
Chief Operating Officer
B.Compt
Wesley Hugh Norris joined the Novate Group in 2020 and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. Wesley completed his B.Compt through UNISA and served his articles with SAIPA. His career in Property Management and Development was set in motion by working with True Group as a Portfolio Manager and then with The Kempston Group as the Properties Divisional Manager.
Wesley is an experienced Division Manager with an excellent and demonstrated history in the property industry. He possesses strong accounting skills, an acumen for budgeting, total returns and capitalization which are great factors that drive property development.
